Located on the southern tip of Lubbers, the Birdhouse Cottages boast a deepwater dock and Tiki hut available for our guests' enjoyment. From the dock and cottages, guests will enjoy the views of the Sea of Abaco and the neighboring islands. The Cottages are nestled within the tropical setting of native plants only 175 feet from shore where our dock will accommodate almost any size boat. The cottages each contain 2 bedrooms with queen beds, full kitchens, baths, outdoor showers, living rooms, air conditioning and bamboo flooring throughout!.

Our Rates per Cottage are:

• $1250 (1-2) people per week per cottage
• $1400 (3-4) people per week per cottage
• $75 additional per person when available
• We are flexible with departure and arrival dates, if our schedule will permit
• Refundable security deposit for each cottage is $ 300.00

Dock Rates:

Our dock can accommodate boats up to 90’ in length (pending beam width)

Rates for Boats larger than 23’ are as follows: (23' and smaller no charge including Rental Boats, Dinghy’s, Runabout’s)

All rates are Per Day:

• Length of Boat (per foot) $1.25
• 50 amp service $45.00
• 30 amp service $30.00
• 20 amp service $12.00
  

Golf carts available for rent:

• $150.00 per week per cart.
• Security Deposit of $150.00 per cart, returnable upon the caretaker's inspection.
• Drivers must be at least 14 years old.

Terms:

• Check-In Time is 3:00 PM, Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM
• 50% of rental fees required to confirm reservations and secure your date (Includes security deposit)
• Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date
• Hurricane Policy: If the National Weather Service issues a Hurricane Warning for the Abacos, within one week of your arrival date, we will refund or reschedule your reservations, your option.
• Cancellations 60 days or more prior to reservation dates are entitled to a full refund
• Cancellations 60 days within reservation dates are fully refunded (less $100) if we can re-rent that week.
• Security Deposits refunded within 30 days of departure date
